静かに目を閉じ、心鎮め、私の意識がなくなるとき、
私は祈ります。
When I close my eyes softly, calm me down, and lose my consciousness, I start to pray.

愛とひとつであることをしります。いのちとひとつであることを感じます。
After I notice that I am always together with love, and also with soul.

いかしていただいていることに感謝致します。
I appreciate that we are lived by someone.
愛していただいていることに感謝致します。
I appreciate that we all loved by someone.
ありがとうございます。
Thank you very much.
それが、私の感謝です。
That is my gratitude.

すべてはいかされています。
All creatures are lived by something.
すべてはあいされています。
All creatures are loved by something.
ありがとうございます。
Thank you so much.
それが、わたしのいのりです。
This is my own prayer.

全ては愛し合っています。
All creatures love each other.
すべては助け合い生かしあっています。
All creatures help each other and are lived by each other.
であう全てありがとう。
Thanks for everything I meet.

Wenn ich meine Augen sanft schließe, mich beruhige und mein Bewusstsein fallen lasse,
beginne ich zu beten.
Nachdem ich spüre, dass ich immer eins bin mit der Liebe und auch mit der Seele.
Ich bin dankbar dafür, dass wir alle von jemandem erschaffen wurden.
Ich bin dankbar dafür, dass wir alle von jemandem geliebt werden.
